Use of Service

Atlas is a decision-making tool for founders and professionals. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Subscriptions and Billing

Atlas Pro is billed monthly at $12/month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Atlas and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stratus Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours—we do not claim ownership of content you create in Atlas.

Limitation of Liability

Atlas provides decision support tools, but all final decisions are your responsibility. We are not liable for any decisions made using our platform or any resulting outcomes. Use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals when making significant business decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
