The Story
Stratus Labs started with a simple observation: the best founders we knew all had some version of a "decision system"—spreadsheets, journals, frameworks borrowed from mentors, post-mortems after big calls.
But these systems were fragmented, manual, and often abandoned under pressure. The most critical thinking happened in the founder's head, invisible to their team, lost to time.
We built Atlas to change that. To give every founder the decision infrastructure that scales with their company. To capture not just what you decided, but why—and what happened next.
